Terms of Service

Last updated: June 20, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FlowWorks Flyover website, web application, and Chrome Extension (together, the "Service"), operated by FlowWorks ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

FlowWorks Flyover lets you view photorealistic 3D aerial flyovers of locations using Google's 3D Maps Platform, either through our web app at flyover.flowworks.tech or our Chrome Extension. Some features are free; others require a paid subscription as described below.

2. Plans and Billing

We offer the following subscription tiers:

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card details. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we do not provide partial-month refunds except where required by law.

We may change pricing for future billing periods. If we do, we'll provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect for existing subscribers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Third-Party Services

Flyover relies on Google's 3D Maps Platform to render aerial imagery. Your use of the Service is also subject to Google Maps Platform's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for outages, accuracy, or availability issues originating from Google's infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

The Flyover name, logo, and website design are owned by FlowWorks. Aerial imagery rendered through the Service is provided by Google and subject to Google's own terms and copyright. You may not use Flyover's branding to imply endorsement without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that 3D imagery will be available for every location — coverage depends on Google's underlying data, which varies by region.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowWorks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice, particularly in cases of abuse or non-payment.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
